How storage works
Your data stays in your browser and Google Drive
While you use the app, data is kept in the browser on your device. When you log in, it syncs to the app-specific storage area in your Google Drive. BalanceNavi servers are not the storage destination for your household data.

App-specific area in Google Drive
BalanceNavi syncs only to its hidden app-specific area, not your entire Google Drive. It does not access your regular Drive files or folders.

Not used as the storage location for your household data.
If browser data is cleared, unsynced data on that device and guest-mode data may be lost. Data already synced in login mode can be restored from Google Drive.
Strong privacy
Your financial data does not pass through BalanceNavi servers. It is protected by Google's security infrastructure, reducing the risk of third-party access.
Managed on your device and account
Your data is kept in the browser and, in login mode, synced to a private app-specific area tied to your Google account. BalanceNavi servers do not store it.
Note: the data can be viewed and edited only through this app, not directly from the Google Drive screen.
